Storybook Illustration for the Ek Prithvi programme

The project was commissioned as a part of the Ek Prithvi- Ladakh programme by WWF-India.

The brief was to create illustrate a story about a young girl who gets a job at WWF and recalls her journey to the Himalayas as child when her uncle gifts her her own journal with photographs and descriptions of trip.

The illustrations mainly focus on the animal sightings that she talks about as the target audience (students aged 9-12) needs to be made familiar and sensitized to them.

The style was a sketchy-vector form. The pages containing the text of the journal being talked about in the story have been treated as well.
