The Brief: Design a new service for their POS device- Poynt, to improve the selling and purchasing experience for both the customer and the merchant.

Discover & Define
We researched around the neighbourhoods of Bovisa and Isola in Milan to find out opportunity areas, user profiles and experiences.
We started forming a picture…
Develop
We used multiple design tools to diverge and converge for the solution.
And finally…
Refine
After the app development, we focused on the launch strategies.
We were adjudged the ‘best team’ in the workshop and the client even asked us to get in touch for seed funding!
