Academic Workshop to develop a Multi Level Network Marketing system
Actionaid is an international organisation, working with over 15 million people in 45 countries for a world free from poverty and injustice.
The brief was to redesign the donation process, aided by multi level network marketing to acquire new donors and retain existing ones.
The process included desk and ethnographic research, prototyping & testing and final business model presentation.
Due to confidentiality reasons, the final results of the project cannot be published.

With ethnographic research and mapping customer journeys, we gathered insights on different aspects of donating.

We conducted surveys, interviews and created social media presence under a pseudonym and analysed the metrics.

The business model and other strategies were created.
